Cultural Coverage (Multi-Day) +$1,000
Many cultural weddings span multiple days. This provides an additional full day of coverage ($1,000 per extra day) for traditional ceremonies, mehndi nights, sangeets, and other cultural events.
Additional Hours $150/hr
Packages include up to 10 hours of coverage. If your celebration runs longer — early start, late after-party, or extra events — additional hours are available.
Coordination Requirements
- Access to Wedding Coordinator timeline prior to wedding day
- Coordination with DJ/Band for audio system connection (videography)
- Venue walk-through recommended for larger events

Can I book both photography and videography?
I offer photography and videography as separate services to give each my full attention. If you want both, I can recommend trusted colleagues for the other service, or we can discuss options.
How much is the deposit?
A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your wedding date for either photography or videography. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding.
What areas do you serve?
I serve all of Hampton Roads including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton, and Williamsburg. Travel fees may apply for destinations outside the area.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). Popular Saturday dates book quickly!
