  • Pre-Wedding Film — $250. A short cinematic piece documenting your journey to "I Do" — footage of dress fittings, venue visits, addressing invitations, or simply time together as an engaged couple.
  • Rehearsal Dinner — $250. Capture the night before — heartfelt toasts, laughter, and quality time with your closest friends and family.
  • Drone Footage — $400. Stunning aerial cinematography with sweeping shots of your venue and dramatic flyovers. Subject to venue approval.
  • Live Streaming — $500. Share your ceremony in real-time via a private YouTube link sent to friends and family who can't attend in person.
  • Guest Interviews — $300. During your reception, we capture heartfelt messages and mini-toasts from your guests. Delivered as a separate compilation.

Photo & Coverage Add-Ons

  • Signature Fine-Art Portrait — $600. 3-hour studio session for engagement or bridal portraits. Includes 3+ outfit changes, multiple backdrops, and 15 magazine-quality retouched images. Add $150 for on-location.
  • Save-The-Date — $150. Choose between a professionally produced video or a stunning photography session (same price, pick one). Want both? We can discuss a combined package.
  • Cultural Coverage (Multi-Day) — +$1,000. An additional full day of coverage ($1,000 per extra day) for traditional ceremonies, mehndi nights, sangeets, and other cultural events.
  • Additional Hours — $150/hr. Packages include up to 10 hours of coverage. If your celebration runs longer, additional hours are available.

Coordination requirements: Access to your Wedding Coordinator timeline prior to the wedding day; coordination with DJ/Band for audio system connection (videography); venue walk-through recommended for larger events.

Can I book both photography and videography?
I offer photography and videography as separate services to give each my full attention. If you want both, I can recommend trusted colleagues for the other service, or we can discuss options.
How much is the deposit?
A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your wedding date for either photography or videography. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding.
What areas do you serve?
I serve all of Hampton Roads including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton, and Williamsburg. Travel fees may apply for destinations outside the area.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). Popular Saturday dates book quickly!
What's included in each package?
Photography: full-day coverage, professionally edited images, online gallery with downloads, and print release. Videography: cinematic highlight reel (wedding trailer), full ceremony & reception video, professional audio, and digital delivery. Pre-wedding session: 3-hour studio session with 15 magazine-quality edited images.
What are your turnaround times?
Photography: 14 days. Videography highlight reel: 4 weeks. Full video: 8 weeks.
