Composite Add-Ons ($60)
Adding a composite edit to an image from a standard session is possible, but has limitations:
- Applied to **select images** from sessions designed for traditional portraits (Classic, Deluxe, etc.).
- Does **not** include dedicated creative planning time before the shoot.
- Does **not** include specialty lighting setups tailored for a composite concept.
- Does **not** include session time focused solely on storytelling or fantasy concepts.
Best for enhancing an existing portrait with a moderately complex background swap or effect.
Composite Creation Session ($350+)
This dedicated session is designed specifically for high-end, custom artwork:
- Designed solely for artistic storytelling using fantasy or digital artwork.
- Includes concept consultation & intentional styling guidance.
- 1.5 hours focused on capturing elements for **one master image**.
- Built for advanced Photoshop: background replacement, surreal edits, advanced light blending.
Composite add-ons **cannot recreate** this level of quality without the dedicated session setup and planning.

Booking Policies
- Non-Refundable Retainer: A $100 non-refundable retainer is required for most portrait sessions, and a $250 non-refundable retainer is required for Event Coverage. This retainer secures your chosen date and time, guarantees the photographer’s availability, and is applied toward the total service fee. In the event of cancellation by the client without approved rescheduling (see below), the retainer is forfeited. Clients may opt to pay the full package fee upfront if preferred, typically via the "Build Custom Booking" link or specific package links.
- Rescheduling & Transferability: The non-refundable retainer is transferable once to a new date in the case of inclement weather, medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other legitimate force majeure circumstances beyond the client’s control. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling.
- For Portrait Sessions: New date must be within 30-60 days of the original date, subject to photographer availability.
- For Event Coverage: New date is subject to photographer availability and any specific terms outlined in the event contract.
- Retainer is forfeited if notice is less than 48 hours or for no-shows, except in proven emergencies.
- Final Balance: Due on the day of the session/event, prior to the commencement of photography.
- Image Delivery: Via private, downloadable online gallery. Includes personal-use print release. Event galleries active for 1 year.
- Unedited Proofs: Included optionally for download only with Signature Fine-Art, Maternity Signature, and Newborn Fine-Art packages upon request. Not included with other packages (Event Photography includes standard edits on all delivered images).
- Image Add-On Limits (Portrait Sessions):
- Classic Package: Max 3 extra images allowed.
- Deluxe & Above: Unlimited add-ons available.

- Session/Event Time: Please book adequate time upfront. Time includes wardrobe changes, creative direction, setup, & add-on prep for sessions. Event coverage is continuous for the booked duration. Additional time ($50/hr portrait, $200/hr event) is strictly subject to schedule availability and not guaranteed.
- Turnaround Time: See individual package details or comparison chart.
- Hair/Makeup: Not included. Arrange own stylist; time used counts towards session time for portraits.
